Guidelines for safe and respectful participation in our wellness community

Program Participation Agreement

By participating in Lunorad programs, you acknowledge understanding that physical activity carries inherent risks and agree to participate at your own responsibility. Our programs are designed for wellness enhancement, not medical treatment or diagnosis.

Participants must disclose any health conditions, limitations, or concerns that may affect safe participation. This information helps our instructors provide appropriate modifications and ensure program activities align with individual capabilities.

All participants are required to obtain medical clearance from their healthcare provider before beginning any new physical activity program. Lunorad staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide health assessments or medical advice.

Program activities should be performed within personal comfort zones and physical limitations. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies and inform instructors immediately of any discomfort, difficulty, or health concerns during activities.

Health and Safety Responsibilities

Each participant assumes responsibility for personal health monitoring during program activities. Stop any activity immediately if you experience unusual symptoms, discomfort, or fatigue, and notify instructors of any concerns.

Attendance at programs while experiencing illness, recent injury, or health instability is strongly discouraged for personal safety and community health protection. Participants should recover fully before resuming activities.

Lunorad maintains emergency response procedures and staff training for common wellness program scenarios. However, participants should ensure personal emergency contacts and medical information are current and accessible.

Program equipment and facilities are maintained according to safety standards, but participants should inspect equipment before use and report any damage or concerns to staff immediately.

Weather conditions, facility maintenance, or instructor availability may occasionally require program modifications or cancellations. Participants will be notified as early as possible of any schedule changes.

Community Standards and Conduct

Lunorad fosters a welcoming, inclusive environment where all participants feel comfortable and respected. Behavior that disrupts the learning environment or makes others feel unwelcome is not acceptable and may result in program removal.

Participants are expected to arrive punctually for scheduled sessions and notify staff of anticipated absences when possible. Late arrivals may be restricted from joining sessions already in progress for safety reasons.

Personal belongings should be secured during programs, as Lunorad cannot assume responsibility for lost or damaged items. Valuable items should be left at home or stored securely during participation.

Photography or recording during programs requires explicit permission from all participants and staff present. Privacy and comfort of all community members must be respected at all times.

Constructive feedback about programs and services is welcomed and encouraged. Concerns should be addressed directly with program staff or management for prompt resolution and continuous improvement.

Registration and Payment Terms

Program registration constitutes agreement to these terms and commitment to attend scheduled sessions. Registration fees secure program placement and support facility maintenance, instructor compensation, and program development.

Payment arrangements and refund policies vary by program type and length. Specific financial terms are provided during registration and may include options for payment plans or financial assistance based on individual circumstances.

Program transfers between sessions or location changes may be accommodated based on availability and advance notice. Administrative fees may apply to registration modifications depending on timing and circumstances.

Cancellation policies protect both participant investments and program viability. Cancellation requests should be submitted as early as possible to maximize refund eligibility and allow program adjustments.

Special circumstances such as medical issues, family emergencies, or relocation may warrant exception consideration for standard policies. Such requests are evaluated individually with appropriate documentation.

Intellectual Property and Content

Program materials, instructional content, and methodologies developed by Lunorad are proprietary intellectual property. Participants may use taught techniques for personal practice but may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.

Instruction techniques, sequence designs, and wellness approaches shared during programs are intended for participant benefit and personal application. Commercial use or instruction of others requires separate licensing agreements.

Website content, program descriptions, and educational materials are created specifically for Lunorad participants and the general public's educational benefit. Reproduction for commercial purposes is prohibited without written authorization.

Participants may share personal experiences and general wellness knowledge gained through programs with family and friends for non-commercial purposes. Specific techniques should be practiced safely with proper instruction.

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Lunorad wellness programs are designed for general health enhancement and are not substitutes for professional medical care, physical therapy, or treatment of specific health conditions. Participants should maintain regular healthcare relationships.

While our instructors are trained and experienced, individual results from program participation vary based on numerous factors including consistency, individual health status, lifestyle factors, and personal effort.

Facility and equipment maintenance meets industry standards, but participants acknowledge that physical activity inherently carries risk of injury. Proper warm-up, cool-down, and attention to personal limitations are essential safety measures.

Emergency response procedures are in place, but participants are responsible for maintaining current emergency contact information and ensuring personal health monitoring during all activities.

These terms constitute the complete agreement between participants and Lunorad regarding program participation. Modifications require written agreement and may be updated periodically with advance notice to participants.

Agreement Acceptance

Participation in Lunorad programs constitutes acceptance of these terms. Questions about any provisions should be directed to program staff before beginning participation.
